Medico Legal Reports are commissioned to address a range of questions. Common examples include - an assessment of psychological injuries following trauma, an individual’s fitness to plead, the impact of psychological factors on parenting ability. These questions are addressed in a full psychological assessment conducted by face to face interview supplemented by the administration of psychometric tests and a review of the medical notes and other background information.
